The Allman Brothers welcomed more special guests to the stage last night at the Warfield Theater in San Francisco. Midway through the second set, guitarist Mark McGee and bassist Tommy Miller, both of Gregg Allman and Friends, emerged during Just Before The Bullets Fly. Guitarist David Hidalgo (Los Lobos) and saxophonist Martin Fierro (Zero) sat in for Southbound, which closed the set.
Los Lobos performed a free show at San Franciscos Amoeba Music earlier in the day, to promote its new album, Good Morning Aztlan. The band plays at The Fillmore in San Francisco tonight.
The Allman Brothers open a three-night stand at The Fillmore in Denver, CO tomorrow. The complete calendar is available online.
