Well we’re back again for the April edition of Jambands.com. As you can imagine we’re juiced on Jazz Fest. So we’re sending Daily News Editor Jeff Waful down the Crescent City to take photos and create a diary about what goes down both at the fairgrounds and the late night shows. You access it all via our Jambands.com Jazz Fest page.
By the way, following Jazz Fest we’re going to add some other areas devoted to individual events- look for some cool sections on Bonnaroo and the upcoming Dead Tour- including diaries from the musicians and much more. By the way, as for Bonnaroo we’re looking for writers to contribute to this year’s Bonnaroo Beacon daily newspaper. Stay tuned for details in the weeks to come.
As for this issue of Jambands,.com, we’re featuring have a number of artists who will appear in New Orleans over the coming weeks. Our feature stories include pieces on The Disco Biscuits, Los Lobos, Brian Stoltz and Umphrey’s McGee. Beyond that of course we have our latest columns, departments and CD Reviews as well.
That’s all for now…
Enjoy the shows,
Dean
