The Allman Brothers Band has confirmed two of its spring traditions. Starting on March 22, the band will return to the Beacon Theater for a thirteen show run that will extend until April 7, a few days beyond prior Beacon engagements. From there the group will travel to Live Oak, Florida for its third annual Wanee Festival. The ABB and Govt Mule are the only acts now confirmed for Wanee but one can expect additional members of the ABB family and extended family to appear at the fest. As for Beacon tickets, they will go on sale this Saturday, January 6. Also of note is that plans are in place to offer high-definition multi-camera stereo webcasts of the entire Beacon run, with the full details to follow soon.
