Back in 2003, Rob Barraco put in a four-show guest stint with RatDog. However, rather than perform on his standard instrument, keyboards, he contributed bass from February 5, 2003 through February 9, 2003 following the departure of Rob Wasserman (Robin Sylvester joined the group the following month and has been a member ever since). Last night during RatDogs show the LC Pavilion in Columbus, Ohio, Barraco returned to the stage with the group in a more familiar context, sitting next to fellow Other Ones/Dead keyboardist Jeff Chimenti and joining in at the close of RatDogs first set for Might As Well, along with RatDogs first version of I’m a King Bee since 7/18/97. Tourmate Keller Williams later stepped up in the second set for a few songs including Liberty and Hes Gone. Earlier in the evening, during Kellers set, Bob Weir and Williams revisited Cadillac (which appears on Williams latest release Dream) as well as ‘Cumberland Blues.’ The RatDog/Keller William tour will resume on Thursday at Chicagos Aragon Ballroom
