A number of site regulars have been confirmed for Augusts Up North Music Festival. The first annual gathering will take place in Central Maine from August 8-10, featuring performances by Bob Weir & RatDog, Umphrey’s McGee, The Wailers, Soulive, Assembly of Dust, Lettuce, John Brown’s Body, Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad, The Breakfast, Spiritual Rez and The Indobox, among others. In total, event will feature three days of music, art and camping on two different stage (as well as late night offerings). Like many summer gatherings, Up North is a Green Event, dedicated to raising social and environmental awareness through its production. A handful of additional artists will be confirmed in the coming weeks.
