Ben Harper showed off his new rock band Relentless7 late last year during a series of extremely intimate club shows, as well as a marquee spot at Christmas Jam. The guitarist is poised to spend most of 2009 working with the young rock band, including high-profile spots at the East Coast Blues & Roots Music Festival and Bonnaroo. But, before they hit the road, Harper and Relentless7 will play a warm-up gig at New Yorks Highline Ballroom on February 17. The group will then hit the road for a more extensive tour beginning in Byron Bay, Australia on April 11.
