As anticipation for this year’s New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival mounts, The Daze Between Band have announced their highly anticipated reunion. On Wednesday, April 29, the celebrated supergroup will once again band together some of the most innovative artists in funk, jam and the many styles in between to keep the music roaring in between the citywide celebration’s two weekend frames.

The Daze Between Band will return to New Orleans’ famed Tipitina’s with a ten-piece ensemble comprising representatives from legendary acts, including guitarist Eric Krasno, bassist and NOLA icon George Porter Jr., singer and multi-instrumentalist Ivan Neville, Dead & Company bassist Oteil Burbridge, former Snarky Puppy keyboardist Cory Henry, bassist Tony Hall, drummer Raymond Weber, saxophonist Ryan Zoidis, trumpetist Eric “Benny” Bloom and vocalist Kanika Moore. As always, the bill for the group’s reunion show notes many special guests, and given their track record, the Daze Between Band’s sit-ins promise to be a defining feature of the evening; last year, the surprise collaborators at the intimate venue included Mike Gordon, Dave Matthews, Duane Betts, Andy Frasco and many more.

Tickets for The Daze Between Band’s performance at Tipitina’s will become available through an exclusive pre-sale tomorrow, Feb. 4, at 12 p.m. CT with code DAZE26. A general on-sale will follow on Friday, Feb. 6 at 12 p.m. CT. Find more information here.
