Dispatch have pulled out of their planned performance at the Soulshine at Sea cruise. The third installment of the event is slated to take place November 4-8, traveling from Miami to Cozumel, Mexico, featuring a mix of live music and wellness options, including yoga and fitness. The event’s lineup, as announced, was slated to include, headliner and host Michael Franti & Spearhead, Dispatch, Niko Moon, Hirie, Maggie Rose, Tropidelic and The New Respects, among others.

In a post to social media yesterday, Dispatch explained, “We’ve decided we will no longer be performing at Soulshine at Sea. We have been made aware of deeply concerning public allegations involving another artist on the lineup and have chosen to withdraw from the event. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.”

Update: Festival promoter Sixthman announced on Sunday that the event would be canceled after Maggie Rose, HIRIE, and Liz Vice also withdrew.
