Widespread Panic have announced a new series in Asheville, N.C. From July 24-26, the iconic jam outfit will return to ExploreAsheville.com Arena to make good on a booking for the same weekend in 2024, which was its first stand cancelled as guitarist Jimmy Herring sought treatment for tonsil cancer. The group’s return will be its first set at the venue since a three-night series in 2021.

This latest addition to the jam sextet’s 2025 touring calendar will fall after its five previously announced stands; the band is set to appear next for their annual stint at St. Augustine, Fla.’s St. Augustine Amphitheater on March 21 to 23, followed by trips to Nashville, Tenn.’s Ascend Amphitheater from April 24-26, Charleston, S.C.’s Credit One Stadium on May 16 and 17, Chicago’s Chicago Theater from June 4-6 and Morrison, Colo.’s famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre from June 27-29.

On Feb. 15 and 16, Widespread Panic made their highly-anticipated return to the stage with a double-header at Atlantic City, N.J.’s Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena. The group’s first performances since their temporary 2024 touring hiatus went above and beyond high expectations with sit-ins from Jason Crosby and John Keane.
