Hot on the heels of the release of a remix of the title track of her debut LP with Minnesota dream-pop duo Vansire, acclaimed singer-songwriter-bassist Karina Rykman has outlined additional tour dates in support of the album. The girl with the golden bass guitar will now bring the Joyride Tour to the middle of the country in 2024.
“Yes yes YES! You asked, we listened – Joyride Tour 2024 is coming to the middle of the country!” Rykman wrote on social media. “Texas, Colorado, Chicago, Meow Wolf!? Hitting so many places we’ve never played before. I’m beyond excited and can’t WAIT to be out there with all of YOU!”
The string of new dates, which include 11 shows through February into March, are tacked on to previously announced and much-anticipated performances from Rykman, including performances on the West Coast in late October and early November, before an East Coast tour through Dec. 16.
The artist pre-sale will launch tomorrow, Oct. 18, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. local time with the password JOYRIDE. Rykman concluded her post by writing, “Don’t worry, I’ll remind you. There’s no better way to support touring musicians than planning ahead and grabbing tix early”.
