Today, Sunday Daydream Vol. 2 festival shared that Phil Lesh will be headlining the Stafford Lake Park in Marin County, Calif., during its event on Aug. 27. In a press release, the Grateful Dead bassist expressed his eagerness to lead a Terrapin All-Stars set during the event.

Lesh was described as “tanned, rested, and ready” in the release, and the Terrapin All-Stars ensemble, which features members of Dawes, Jennifer Hartswick, Natalie Cressman, and Grahame Lesh, are sure to be as well.

The announcement follows an already impressive lineup that promises a diverse range of musical talent. Lesh joins an array of outstanding acts, including Melvin Seals & JGB, Nicki Bluhm + Scott Law + Ross James, Moonalice, and three local favorites who will captivate audiences at the “Keep It Weird” bar stage.

The festival aims to keep the rhythm and excitement alive throughout the day with an unceasing flow of music – attendees can look forward to a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere where the music truly never stops.

Moreover, as a testament to the spirit of inclusivity and enjoyment for all, the Lesh family has ensured that the event offers a myriad of experiences. The Camp Terrapin Kid Zone will provide entertainment and activities for the younger attendees, while an array of local favorite food vendors, including Amy’s Drive Thru and Rocco’s Pizza, will tantalize taste buds. Craft drinks from Pond Farm Brewing and St. Hildies will be offered to quench thirst and raise spirits.
