Phish’s Mike Gordon has announced that he will welcome Rachel Eckroth on the road during his upcoming summer tour, which begins on June 15. The renowned keyboardist, known for working alongside St. Vincent and Rufus Wainwright, will fill in for Robert Walter, who is currently on the road with Roger Waters. 

In addition to announcing Eckroth’s role in the touring ensemble, Gordon revealed on a recent episode of Cory Wong’s podcast, Wong Notes, that he and his band plan to perform one of her original compositions while on the road this summer. 

After starting off their tour in Portland, Maine, Gordon and company will pick up a follow-up appearance on June 16 at Northlands Music Festival before popping over to New York City for a one-night-stand at Webster Hall. 

Then, on June 18, they will head to Buffalo, N.Y. After a night on stage at the Town Ballroom, they will continue with a tight run of appearances in Kentucky, Michigan and Wisconsin. Finally, after spending two nights in Chicago, the band will stop in St. Louis and Indianapolis.

Lastly, they will perform a pair of shows in Pennsylvania before closing the tour at Burlington, Vt.’s Higher Ground Ballroom. Tickets for Gordon’s summer performances are available here. Scroll to view the band’s complete tour schedule below.
