Lotus have announced they will release a new single, “Pluck,” on Friday, April 22, via AntiFragile Music. The group’s upcoming release will mark their first with a new band member, guitarist Tim Palmieri.

The forthcoming single will come the day before Lotus headlines Morrison, Colo.’s famed Red Rocks Amphitheatre on April 23 alongside special guests Australian synth-pop group Cut Copy and Portland, Ore.-based indie-rockers STRFKR.

Palmieri stepped in for Lotus’ previous lead guitarist and founding member, Mike Rempel, after a Sept. 5 performance at SummerDance Festival in Garrettsville, Ohio. Rempel cited his reasons for stepping away from Lotus as an opportunity to focus on health and wellness after 20 years with the unit. Read the full story here.

In addition to a new single, Lotus also shared that when fans pre-save “Pluck” on Spotify and Apple Music, they will be entered to win a Zoom call with the band.
