The Decemberists have announced a summer 2022 North American tour, dubbed ARISE FROM THE BUNKERS. 

The last time the Portland, Ore. natives hit the road was in 2018, marking nearly three years since the band embarked on a nationwide tour. Irish musician, singer and songwriter Brigid Mae Power will accompany them on the road.

Frontman Colin Meloy commented, “We’ll be applying our rusty fingers, feet, and vocal cords to songs from all across the width and breadth of our catalog– and, should the muses oblige, we might try a few new ones out as well.” 

Public on-sale begins Friday, Jan. 28 at 10 a.m. local time. The band will also offer pre-sale and VIP packages, which will be available on Jan. 26 at 9 a.m. PST. 

The Decemberists have partnered with PLUS1 so that $1 per ticket to support reproductive rights.
