Known as “St. Louis’ Biggest Hanukkah Party,” the Brothers Lazaroff’s annual Hanukkah Hullabaloo will expand to a livestream format in the COVID-19 age.

Along with hosts Jeff and David Lazaroff, this special 10th anniversary edition will feature guests like Tweedy, Lee “Scratch” Perry, Kinky Friedman, Peter Martin, Elizabeth McQueen, Jo Firestone and Anita Jackson.

The event will also include the Hullabaloo’s traditional recitation of “Eight Nights,” which showcases “nine poems set to funky experimental Eastern European folk jams performed by Rabbi James Stone Goodman and the Eight Nights Orchestra.”

According to organizers, “The band will accept donations via Metrotix with all proceeds going to the National Independent Venue Association (NIVA) to support its #saveourstages initiative.”
