From Joshua Tree National Park, Adrianne Lenker of Big Thief recently shared an intimate solo performance for NPR’s Tiny Desk (Home) Concert.

Delicately picking an acoustic guitar, the indie artist performs five tracks – “zombie girl,” “two reverse,” “dragon eyes,” “anything,” and “ingydar” – from her latest album titled songs.

In addition to releasing songs on Oct. 23, Lenker also released instrumentals, an album with two improvised acoustic guitar songs.

“I am very proud of these recordings, though they were born in a time of grief, both personal and as a collective species,” Lenker shared via Twitter on Sept. 2. “I hope that in least some small way this music can be a friend to you.”
