Lukas Nelson has shared yet another cover for his ongoing Thingamajams series, this time performing Emily King’s Georgia.

The recording stems from Nelson’s April 2019 correspondence with the NYC-based King, where the artists virtually covered each other’s work.

“It was such a thrill to hear Lukas sing my tune – I love his voice and tone so much,” King wrote at the time. “I had the pleasure of covering his song “Forget About Georgia” a few days ago and found myself singing it all night, it’s so damn pretty!”

Previously on Thingamajams, Nelson offered a clip of Kris Kristofferson/Ronnie Milsap’s “Please Don’t Tell Me How the Story Ends.”
