Bandcamp has announced that on Friday, June 19, it will donate 100% of its share of sales to the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, which is “a racial justice organization with a long history of effectively enacting change through litigation, advocacy, and public education.” (Quote via Bandcamp’s blog post announcing the plan.

In addition, today June 5, the site will continue its program to waive revenue shares from all sales “to support artists impacted by Covid-19.” The site has also created a list of artists who are donating their share to organizations in support of racial justice and change.
