To celebrate Apr. 19th’s Bicycle Day (the day that Albert Hofmann first self-experimented with LSD), Detroit-based fine art publisher 1xRUN has released over 70 blotter print editions.
The publisher partnered with Zane Kesey, Ken Kesey’s son. “Working with Zane Kesey for the third straight year, 1xRUN has again teamed up with Key-Z Productions in Oregon to create these one of a kind editions,” read a press release.
The collection features limited edition blotter prints from artists such as Stanley Mouse, Shepard Fairey & John Van Hamersveld, Leni Sinclair, Status Serigraph and many more.
“Stanley Mouse returns for the second straight year with two new designs, one featuring Mouse’s noticeably Grateful Dead-inspired imagery dosing a sugar cube,” read a press release. In addition, “Detroit photographer Leni Sinclair returns with iconic photos of The Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones, Iggy Pop, Prince and Fela Kuti. Each print signed and numbered by the artist.”
