Joe Russo’s Almost Dead are the latest band to schedule a weekly webcast series, offering “Rad Night in America” on Tuesdays.
The band will share the night with Phish who have their own Dinner And A Movie on Tuesdays.
“We’re going to start with a show from Brooklyn Bowl,” the band writes. “If you are so inclined, The Brooklyn Bowl staff on their own put together a fund that will benefit all hourly employees (service, security, production, kitchen) who are all currently out of work. The Bowl hosted the birth of this band and has been our home for many years.”
Rad Night in America will kick off Tuesdays at 7 p.m. ET at nugs.tv and showcase “hand-picked full shows from the band.”

March 27, 2020 at 10:12 pmI was joking above but I don’t get doing it the same time/night as the biggest jam band besides maybe the dead themselves? Just doesn’t make sense. Given the choice, I’m probably going to watch Phish play.

March 26, 2020 at 12:19 pmAgree, its a little strange to do this on Tuesdays when Phish already snagged Tuesday. Dead and Co snagged Saturday, Umphrey’s took Monday, Phish took Tuesday….Almost Dead could have Thursdays or Fridays or Sundays. 🙂
