After announcing a 2020 European tour this past December, Pearl Jam has announced a new album, titled Gigaton, due out March 27. Additionally, the band has also announced a series of North American tour dates set for this coming Spring.

“Making this record was a long journey,” explained guitarist Mike McCready. “It was emotionally dark and confusing at times, but also an exciting and experimental road map to musical redemption. Collaborating with my bandmates on Gigaton ultimately gave me greater love, awareness and knowledge of the need for human connection in these times.” The record is available for pre-order here.

The tour will begin on March 18 in Canada at Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena. After a series of Canadian dates, the band will head to the United States for a show at Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Md. Pearl Jam will then play a show at Madison Square Garden in New York City on March 30. Later in the tour, the band will make stops at the Pepsi Center in Denver and The Forum in Los Angeles.

The public on-sale begins Jan. 24 at 10 a.m. local time; however, the band is conducting a series of pre-sales and a Fan-to-Fan ticket exchange. Head to pearljam.com for more information on ticketing.
