Columbia Records and Legacy Recordings have announced the next installment in the ongoing Bob Dylan Bootleg Series, which offers outtakes from several late-’60s recording sessions, including Dylan’s 1969 collaboration with Johnny Cash in Nashville.

The focus of the release is the Cash recordings, which include recordings of the two American music legends playing together in the studio as well as live cuts from their performance at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium on May 1, 1969, and on the premiere episode of The Johnny Cash Show that aired on June 7 of that year.

Along with those previously unreleased recordings with Cash, Travelin’ Thru, 1967 – 1969: The Bootleg Series Vol. 15 also features mostly unreleased material from Dylan’s studio sessions for his albums John Wesley Harding (released 1967), Nashville Skyline (1969), and Self Portrait (1970), along with studio sessions with bluegrass icon Earl Scruggs for the PBS special Earl Scruggs: His Family and Friends.

Travelin’ Thru, set for release on Nov. 1, will be available digitally and in three-CD and three-LP versions. Check out the full tracklist below, and pre-order the collection here.
