moe. are hitting the studio this fall to record their first studio record since 2014’s No Guts, No Glory.

“We’ve been riding a wave of excitement ever since our short-lived hiatus ended,” the band wrote in an official announcement. “So many great things have happened since we’ve been back on stage together. But the most fun we’ve been having has been our writing sessions together. This fall we are heading into the studio to record our 12th studio album. We have a large swath of songs to choose from, some of which we’ve been playing live and others that we’ve been working on in private.”

The band adds that due to their recording schedule their live shows will be limited until 2020. However, they will play their final batch of 2019 shows in the Northeast at Buffalo, NY’s Town Ballroom from Nov. 14-16 and Burlington, VT’s Higher Ground on Dec. 27 and 28, followed by Utica, NY’s Stanley Theater on Dec. 30 and 31.
