After a great deal of speculation and rumor-swapping from their fanbase, Phish have confirmed that they will tour this fall.
The new batch of shows are scheduled between Nov. 29 and Dec. 8, with two opening stops in Providence, RI (Nov. 29 and Nov. 30) as well as a single show on Long Island, NY (Dec. 1), nodding back 20+ years to the band’s historic 1998 Island Tour.
Additional dates include one night in Pittsburgh (Dec. 4) and a three-night closing run in Charleston, SC (Dec. 6-8).
The original Island Tour took place in the Spring of ’98 with two shows at Long Island’s Nassau Coliseum (4/2/98 and 4/3/98) followed by two gigs at Rhode Island’s Providence Civic Center (4/4/98 and 4/5/98). It is consistently hailed by fans as some of the band’s best shows ever, with 4/3/98 ranking as the #6 Phish show of all time on Phish.net. This run marks the quartet’s first return to Nassau Coliseum since 2003.
A ticket-request period for Phish Fall 2019 shows is now open and will run through Monday, Aug. 19, at 10 a.m. ET. Click here for more information. General ticket sales for the tour begin Friday, Aug. 23.

August 14, 2019 at 5:42 pmCan’t couch tour it.. or anything really. There’s just nothing like the excitement of being there and feeling the energy of the band and the fans. But I agree.. ticket prices are out of control! And that’s not much of a tour if that’s the only shows they’re playing.

August 14, 2019 at 3:57 pmCouch tour for bands that offer them. $20-$30 and no waiting for beer or bathrooms. Ticket prices have gotten way out of control.

August 14, 2019 at 1:03 pm$125.00 for a PHISH show. I’m out. They’ve lost me. Too much. I have the money but this is crazy. Go ahead and defend your overlord band. I’m an easy target.

August 14, 2019 at 2:27 pmI hear ya, that’s like who reunion tour kinda BS, Michael Jackson or some other band that doesn’t do three dates and expect their fans to go to all three shows. Three phish shows would get you half way to a ski pass for a season, and skiing is way better than a little my weekend with Phish.

August 14, 2019 at 2:45 pmNot sure where you’re getting that $125 ticket price. The prices I’m seeing are more like $75 plus service charge (still too expensive for me).

August 14, 2019 at 3:46 pmThere is no $75 anywhere. it’s 95/90/80 w/fees etc. It used to be a flat rate for all seats. 1st come best seats. If you don’t think a $95 seat won’t come out to be at least $125.00 you’re a Phool. EYourselfs. Or grab that “behind the stage” crap for $80
