Newport Folk is scheduled for the last weekend in July, and organizers have just announced a slate of official aftershows for those who want to keep the festivities rolling into the evening.

Highlights include a special “Steal Your Folk” Grateful Dead tribute by The Cook Brothers (July 26), an 80th birthday celebration by Mavis Staples (July 27) and a collaborative “Let Us Go Into The House” show featuring Hiss Golden Messenger, Mountain Man and Jonathan Wilson (July 27).

As always, Newport Folk Festival is completely sold out, but you can find out more information about the landmark summer event at NewportFolk.org.
