Love Rocks NYC will return to the Beacon Theatre this March for its third-annual star-studded iteration, once again raising money for God’s Love We Deliver—which provides curated meals for those living with illness in the NYC area—and this year’s lineup is headed up by legendary Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant, singer-songwriters Sheryl Crow and Grace Potter, and blues icon Buddy Guy.
Also set to appear at the benefit, along with hosts Whoopi Goldberg and Martin Short, are Hozier, ZZ Top’s Billy F Gibbons, Keb’ Mo’, Taj Mahal, Lukas Nelson, Jimmie Vaughan, Doyle Bramhall II, Ivan Neville, Marcus King, Larkin Poe, Bernie Williams, Alice Smith and Mike Flanigin, along with some surprise guests. The evening’s house band will comprise musical director Will Lee plus Paul Shaffer, Eric Krasno, Larry Campbell, Steve Gadd, Shawn Pelton and Jeff Young.
Love Rocks NYC, presented by John Varvatos and Greg Williamson, is set for March 7 at the Beacon. Tickets go on sale this Friday, January 18, via Ticketmaster. Information on a January 16 ticket pre-sale is available by signing up for God’s Love We Deliver’s email list here.

January 14, 2019 at 11:50 amI went to this last year it was excellent. It was cool that it was the same week as St. Patrick’s Day (traveled from FL) but I guess scheduling at the Beacon is tight. Anyway I highly recommend it as despite all the talent there are not long switchovers between songs as the house band plays throughout. Great cause as well.
