King Crimson are set to celebrate a half-century of boundary-pushing rock and roll in 2019, with concerts in three continents.
So far, the band has announced three nights at London’s Royal Albert Hall (June 18-20, 2019), and additional dates will be set in the near future, including festival appearances.
As stated in press release “The band’s packed three-hour shows regularly include material from twelve of their thirteen studio albums, including many of the songs from their seminal 1969 album In The Court of the Crimson King…The new 8-piece line-up plays many historic pieces which Crimson have never played live, as well as new arrangements of Crimson classics.”
The band is currently touring in Japan, but for updates on their 2019 tour visit the website for King Crimson’s record label DGM Live.

November 28, 2018 at 4:43 pmI saw KC on their Beat tour in Los Angeles in the 80’s. That was an epic show. I would love to see this incarnation of the Crim. This could be the last chance to see Fripp & company.

November 28, 2018 at 12:46 pmit’s crazy i never thought i’d have negative thoughts about them performing their old music live but now that they’re finally doing it i miss seeing them for under $30 exploring new music. but i guess it’s a trade off because playing the old stuff means high value on the show
