Willie Nelson brought his traveling Outlaw Music Festival tour to the Northeast this weekend for a run of shows throughout the month, and Saturday night’s gathering in Hershey, PA, featured a special collaboration in which Nelson welcomed tour mates Derek Trucks and Susan Tedeschi to the stage to close out the show.

As with other Outlaw Festival stops, this weekend’s shows featured a rotating cast of acts—anchored by Willie Nelson & Family—including Van Morrison, Sturgill Simpson, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Brandi Carlile, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real and more. On Saturday, Nelson’s son Lukas took lead vocals during the elder Nelson’s set for a cover of Larry Davis’ blues standard “Texas Flood.” Later in the evening, Trucks and Tedeschi emerged to help out on a couple more folk standards, “Will the Circle Be Unbroken” and “I’ll Fly Away,” which wrapped up the evening.

The Outlaw Music Festival continues to tour around the Northeast this month, with its next stop coming this Friday, September 14, in Scranton, PA. Neil Young, Greensky Bluegrass, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats and Margo Price will also be joining Nelson and company at upcoming stops. See the tour’s full schedule here.
