The Marc Black Band will return to the Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, NY, this weekend with a very special guest and a legend of the area, The Band’s keyboardist Garth Hudson.
Black and Hudson have played several times over the years, but not for years, and the two have also recorded together, including a collection of songs based on melodies by composer Dmitri Shostakovich. Black’s band also includes drummer Eric Parker, who has played in the Joe Cocker and Stevie Winwood bands, bassist Mike Esposito and Don Davis on horns.
The show will take place this Saturday, July 2. More information is available here.
