Gary Clark Jr. will play a benefit show at New York’s Brooklyn Bowl for Superstorm Sandy relief in Staten Island on Tuesday, November 6. Tickets to the event go on sale Monday and can be purchased with $20 minimum donation. Canned food and household goods will also be collected at the show.
Clark, who blew up this summer after a string of appearances at prominent music festivals, will play the first of three sold out shows at the Bowery Ballroom this evening. You can watch a video of him playing “Ain’t Messin’ Around”, from his recently released debut album Blak and Blu, on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon above.
