The Motet have confirmed their annual Halloween celebration. As in years past, the group will celebrate Halloween by paying tribute to a legendary artist. This time The Motet will turn their attention to Parliament-Funkadelic for mini-tour through Colorado with stops at Ft. Collins’ Aggie Theatre (10/25), Denver’s Ogden Theatre (10/26-27) and Boulder’s Boulder Theatre (10/31). In addition to the band’s core lineup, these shows will feature special guest Nigel Hall as well as the four piece horn section of Gabe Mervine, Matt Pitts, Serafin Sanchez and Tom Ball. Percussionist Matt Grunstad, guitarist Dan Schwindt, and singers Jans Ingber, Kim Dawson and Damion Massey will also join The Motet during the Halloween tribute.
