Twenty minutes after bring hired as the new Relix ombudsman, Keith Olbermann has cut to the chase and fired his opening salvos at management. “The situation at Relix is untenable,” Olbermann charged, shortly after accepting the job, following fun-filled stints at Current TV, ESPN, ABC Radio, CNN, Fox and MSNBC. Olbermann explained, “This my victory lap. I’m not longer a cranky young man. As I’m getting older, I feel like I need to get after it a bit earlier in the game.” As regards the Relix position, he groused, “Hey, this position is called ombudsman. Let’s just say I expected so much more…”
