Slip bassist Marc Friedman will play a rare solo show this Saturday. The performance will take place at 9 Mechanic St. in Upton, MA on a bill that also features Nathan Moore and Sarah Azrie. Moore will broadcast the entire night via his Hippy Fiasco webstream. Friedman’s set will feature 30 minutes of all instrumental music. His only other completely solo show took place five years ago at Boston University. The festivities will begin at 7 PM.
