Wetlands Preserved: The Story of An Activist Rock Club will be released on DVD on Earth Day, Tuesday April 22. The film, which was directed by site editor Dean Budnick and produced by longtime friend of Jambands.com Pete Shapiro, recently played in art houses across the country and will be show The Sundance Film Channel for 30 months beginning this July. A number of musicians who played Wetlands over the years appear in the documentary, including Bob Weir, Blues Traveler, Dave Matthews, Spin Doctors, moe., the Disco Biscuits, Mike Gordon, Ryan Miller, Joe Russo, Jen Durkin, Dave Schools, 311 and Vince Herman, among others.
