Keller Williams is currently gigging with his new band, the WMD’S. This group, which features Williams, Keith Moseley, Gibb Droll and Jeff Sipe, debuted earlier this year at Summer Camp but otherwise has remained in southern climes. However the band has announced some limited 2008 dates, which includes at least one performance north of the Mason-Dixon line, with additional area gigs presumably to follow. On February 23 the group will be at the Sugarloaf Ski Resort in Carrabassett Valley, ME. The WMD’S also have confirmed two Texas performances: on January 25 at the Dallas House of Blues and on the 26th at La Zona Rosa in Austin. Tonight the band is in Ft. Lauderdale at Revolution.
