Thsi past May, Kyle Hollingsworth debuted his new soleside project, which features Hollingsworth, DJ Logic, Arrested Developments Speech, Garrett Sayers (The Motet) and Damien Hines. Hollingsworth is bringing a similar endeavor to the east coast next month, with one major change. Logic is otherwise engaged, so that Hollingsworth has tapped Blackalicious’ Chief Xcel to join in the action. As a result the band is now touring under a different name, 3 Foot Icon. The group will appear on September 26 at the Chameleon in Lancaster, PA and then will travel to Philadelphia (North Star Bar, September 27), Baltimore (8×10, September 28) and New York City (King’s Blues Bar & Grill, September 29).
