This years Farm Aid will take place at New York Citys Randall’s Island on September 9. Joining festival founders Willie Nelson, Neil Young and John Mellencamp will be a number of artists we cover at the site. The Allman Brothers Band are major addition for 2007 and both Warren Haynes and The Derek Trucks Band will offer individual sets as well. Also signed on are: Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds, Matisyahu, Guster, Counting Crows, Supersuckers, The Ditty Bops and Montgomery Gentry. Tickets for the event are currently on sale.
