As first reported by Relix, the first annual Echo Project will take place from October 12-14 in Fairburn, GA, 20 miles south of downtown Atlanta. In addition to previously confirmed headliner Phil Lesh & Friends, the Echo Project will also feature performances by the Killers, moe., Umphreys McGee, the Disco Biscuits, Cypress Hill, the Roots, Cat Power & the Dirty Blues Band, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Polyphonic Spree, ALO, the Avett Brothers, Stephen Marley, Brazilian Girls, Lyrics Born, Rodrigo y Gabriela, Perpetual Groove, the Spam Allstars and RJD2, among others. The event is being billed as the souths first green music and arts experience and Super Early Bird Tickets and travel packages will be available on July 31. A number of additional artists will be added to the festivals line-up in the coming week.
