On Saturday Tea Leaf Green performed at Crested Butte, COs Endless Peaks Music Experience as part of a mini-run through Colorado. Near the end of its set, the California-bred band brought out two additional festival performers, DJ Logic and John Popper, for Franz Hanzerbeak and The Garden (Part III), respectively. Logic and Popper perform together regularly in the John Popper Project, whose self-titled album is now available on Relix Records. Later in the evening, the collaborators also anchored a jam-session which included Tea Leaf Green guitarist Josh Clark, bassist Ben C, and keyboardist Trevor Garrod, midi-sax ace Cecil Peanut Daniels and Mamas Cookin guitarist Zebuel Early, among others. The jam session included numerous covers including the Beatles favorite ‘I’ve Got a Feeling.
