Medeski Martin & Wood will perform a rare set of acoustic dates in April. The trios tour will open April 25 at Albany, NYs The Egg and later make stops in Tarrytown, NY (4/26), Princeton, NJ (4/27), Wilmington, DE (4/28) and Alexandria, VA (4/29). In addition, John Medeski will travel to Russia in April to perform with the group Auktyon. The keyboardist recorded with the group in New York last September and has been invited to perform with them in St. Petersburg and Moscow. Exact dates and times are still TBA. He will also produce the Wood Brothers second studio release later this year.
