Trey Anastasio has confirmed the five dates on his 2006 New Year’s Eve run. The tour will begin on December 27 at the 9:30 Club in Washington, DC. From here it will travel up to Boston for a show at the Orpheum on December 28 followed by a night at the Palace in Albany and then two evenings at the House of Blues in Atlantic City, NJ on December 30 and 31. Anastasio has confirmed that he will add three pieces of brass to his group for these shows, welcoming back the familiar faces of Dave Grippo, Peter Apfelbaum and Russell Remington. Tickets sales for the NYE run begin tomorrow, Friday, October 13 through Trey.com.
