As of late DJ Logic has been working on his third studio recording with Scott Harding, John Medeski, Charlie Hunter and The Antibalas Horns. This weekend however he will appear on stage in New York City for two late night gigs, with varied rosters of musicians at The Blue Note. Tonight, he will be joined by Derek Phillips (Charlie Hunter), Brian Jackson (Gil Scott-Heron) and Maurice Brown along with some unannounced, yet recognizable players. On Saturday, Cochemea ‘Cheme’ Gastelum and Adam Holzman (Miles Davis, Grover Washington, Jr.) will be part of the collective.
