A benefit for MusicMobe, a database which will help facilitate the pairing of internationally touring artists with the progressive groups they can support, last nights show featured announced guests John Medeski, Chris Wood and Kenny Wollesen, as well as surprise performer DJ Logic. A loose, spacey jam-session, the Sunday evening gig wrapped up a busy weekend for Wood in particular who collaborated with Skerik and Johnny Vidacovich at the nearby Tonic on Friday and Saturday. When MusicMobe finds a match it will alert the artist and organization about the possibility for collaboration.
