This fall’s Hookahville is designed with some funk flair. The funky Meters, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Bernie Worrell and the Woo Warriors are all conformed for the event along with Hayseed Dixie and Dickey Betts and Great Southern. Host band ekoostik hookah will headline both days of music, Friday September 3 and Saturday September 4, likely offering a novel cover tune or three. For the first time fall Hookahville will also present late night bluegrass music, with tickets now on sale for an introductory rate of $65 at the festival web site.
