Just when you thought that every impossible moe. pun had been exhausted, the band has announced its Home moe.vie Contest. For the groups January/February tour, moe. is allowing its fans to bring hand-held camcorders into its performances to create 10-40 minute films on the group, its music, its fans and any permutations thereof. Filmmakers are then encouraged to send along their entries to be entered into a competition, with prizes for the winners, including a screening at moe.down. The tour begins at the NorVa in Norfolk, VA on January 29 and continues through February 21 at Higher Ground in Winooski, VT and any shows can be filmed with the exception of the February 13 and 14 Fillmore dates with Galactic. Submissions are due on April 20th and the complete details can be found at the bands web site.
