moe. bassist Rob Derhak sat in with Patch of Eden, a trio comprised of Strangefolks Luke ‘Patchen’ Montgomery and Erik Glockler, as well as Jen Montgomery, Saturday at the Alehouse in Portland, ME. Derhak took the stage in the second set, adding bass and vocals to Its Your Thing, Sweet Emotions, Teach Your Children and Call Me Al, which was played for Strangefolk manager Al Ostroy.
Patchen and Jen play Saturday, December 7 at North By Northwest in Philadelphia. Strangefolk then kicks off its tour with Gregg Allman & Friends December 10 at the Stanhope House in Stanhope, NJ. For more information, visit www.strangefolk.com.
