The Recipe has announced that vocalist Julie Edlow has rejoined the group. She originally left the band in April for personal reasons. I really missed the music and the guys and it’s felt so good to be singing with them again especially with Kris Kehr and Rus and Q now in the group, said Edlow in a statement posted to the bands website. It was so cool seeing old friends again at the shows this week. I can’t wait to get out there full time. Julie will perform with the group for most of its shows this month and resume touring fulltime in 2003. She will also join The Recipe in the studio in November and December as the band works on its new album.
The group plays tomorrow at The Sound Factory in Charleston, WV. For details, visit www.therecipe.com.
