Phish bassist Mike Gordon sat in with The Code Talkers Featuring Col. Bruce Hampton Saturday at the House of Blues in West Hollywood, CA. Gordon emerged for Fixin to Die and Lovelight. The Code Talkers opened for Bill Kreutzmanns new project, The Trichromes.
Gordon and Hampton have worked together many times in the past, dating back to the original H.O.R.D.E. Tour in 1992, which featured Phish and Aquarium Rescue Unit. Hampton also starred in Mikes experimental film, Outside Out.
Mike is currently in L.A. working on a new album with Leo Kottke.
