Walther Productions has confirmed the initial line-up for the 3rd Annual Grassroots Music & Arts Festival. The event will be held August 10 at Oregon Ridge Park in Cockeysville, MD. Artists performing include Bela Fleck & the Flecktones, Charlie Hunter and Keller Williams. More acts will be announced soon.
