Kid Rock took the stage with Govt Mule last night at the Beacon Theatre in New York City. Rock added vocals to Marshall Tucker Bands Cant You See (with Audley Freed on guitar), Black Sabbaths ‘Sweat Leaf’ and War Pigs to close the set. The songs also featured former Metallica bassist Jason Newsted. Allman Brothers percussionist Marc Quinones joined the band for Mule earlier in the show. Other previously announced guests included Stefan Lessard (Dave Matthews Band) and Robert Randolph.
